Reservation Deposit
|
50% reservation deposit due within 7 days from date of reservation. Balance due within 15 days of arrival.
If reservation is made less than 30 days prior to the arrival date, the entire rental fee will be
due within 7 days from the date of the reservation.

Security Deposit
|
15% security deposit due within 15 days of arrival. If reservation is made less than 15 days prior to the arrival date,
the security deposit will be due within 7 days from the date of the reservation. If the departure inspection shows no damage,
the deposit will be refunded within 30 days. Any damage beyond normal wear and tear will be the responsibility of the departing
guest.
